Instructions for Poster Presenters

Poster Information

• Poster size is 36 inches wide (3 feet) and 48 inches high (4 feet), in portrait orientation.  
• Due to space limitations, posters that do not meet these specifications may not be displayed.

Poster Setup

• Posters may be set up on Sunday, May 17, between 3:00 and 5:00 PM, or between 8:00 and 10:15 AM on Monday, May 18.
• Posters may be removed on Wednesday, May 20, between 11:15 AM and 1:00 PM.

Poster Session 

• Posters will be displayed in the East/West Board Room in the conference space on the 2nd Floor of the Catamaran Resort Hotel.
• The ACC 2026 Poster Session will take place on Monday, May 18, from 3:45 – 4:30 PM. All poster authors are asked to attend their posters at this time.

Registration Check-in

• Please check in for your conference attendee badge upon arrival. You will need to have your badge to set up your poster.
• You must have your attendee badge to participate in the Poster Session.
• Only poster authors who are registered for the Conference may participate in the Poster Session. If you have a co-author who would like to attend, they may register for the Conference HERE.
